  1. Update: The device is now connected to and working with the portal. It seemed to work after I rebooted my router. I hope I didn't waste anyone's time. I saw in a previous post that there was a recommendation to reboot the router if this happens. Thanks!!!
  2. I experienced the outage last night but is NOT working. I have an ISY994i. Everything works locally. My license was renewed in July and is active (expires 7/2026.) I rebooted but still NOT working. Portal says it has been offline since "Saturday, September 27th, 12:25:14 AM".

  6. Sorry. Yes. I meant that I was connecting via the admin console via local IP address direct connect. Not sure why I said "app".
  7. Same problem here. Everything on Alexa is working, and my ISY99 is working through the app, but no Alexa integration is not working!! Dang. This not good. Why is this happening? Did we get an answer from before? Hopefully now they know how to quickly fix it. Anyone submit a support request?

  9. I have the same issue. My Portal Integration - UDI shows "Offline" & "Registered". My error log shows entries of "Sun 2021/09/26 01:34:16 AM System -140008 Portal-Dispatch:500" since it went offline.
  10. This helped me. I had the same problem, and didn't think to reboot it. Everything usually just works! Thanks! And by "This", I mean I did a full restore to the device that wasn't working, then rebooted both the PLM and ISY.
