  1. Thanks for this. Forgot I had added a new ups in that area. Stuck the plm on an extension cord to get it away and now I'm communicating again.
  2. I'm not sure I rebooted after the PLM was replaced before the Restore Modem (PLM) was ran. I unplugged the modem then repeated the restore with the same result. The modem shown has the address of the new unit that is connected.
  3. I recently had a keypad die and had to replace it. I decided to update the firmware of my isy during the process. Hopefully unrelated, but I also installed a couple of netcams and had to do some port forwarding stuff in my router. Everything looked fine after the upgrade, but now I can't communicate with my devices. I've attached a pic of my admin page. It has been so long since I've had to even login to the isy that I'm at a total loss of what to do to determine my problem. I have an extra plm so I tried swapping it and doing the restore plm command, but that didn't seem to help. Any help would be appreciated. Matt
