  1. I am having flashbacks of the insteon shutdown. It started just like this. I am hoping this is not the same
  2. They must know.
  3. Seems like ud is down
  4. Interesting, I wonder if that is what is going on. I have some ports open, not for the ISY but for Cameras on the network. It might explain why the device just stops responding on the network though it appears to still be running. Did anything show up in the log when this happened?
  5. I do have a ticket open, and we're plodding through it, but in the meantime, I was trying to determine when it goes offline. The Logs don't give any indication because they don't indicate any error. The network is up and running without problem, the device just doesn't answer at some point. It still passes traffic on insteon, it doesn't indicate any errors with the lights, and the network port is lit and blinking. Just no answer until I restart it. It's not even DHCP renewal time and there is already a static entry in the table for the device. ISY 994i zw 5.3.4
  6. Does anyone have a good way to determine when/if their ISY goes offline? Clearly if it's down, it can't tell me that. And I have a way to check if my home network is down, but lately my ISY fails everyday and I need to determine when it's offline. I thought the ISY portal would be a good place to have that feature, but I want to be notified that it's offline and not have to keep checking. Perhaps something with an IFTTT hook?
  7. Thank you. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything obvious that someone else had experience with.
  8. Tried a new card, Couldn't even get the ISY to get an IIP address. The log only shows the errors on boot. It doesn't log any errors when it seems to crash. I can see it's still getting insteon traffic and network traffic, but it's totally unresponsive.
  9. I saw that but, I couldn't cross reference the error codes. I also saw some logging after that so I thought it was not related. I thought the front panel would indicate if it locked up from SD errors. I'll try what you recommend. Thank you.
  10. Every few hours my isy loses network connectivity. Local and portal. The ISY itself doesn't show any errors. Link lights are good and blinking, but it no longer responds to any attempt to connect to it at it's IP address. The Router has a reservation assigned for the IP. Nothing else is using the IP, and a power cycle of the ISY brings it right back to the IP it was. There are no notes in the error log, it's like it just stops running. v 5.3.0 It's usually about 4 hours or so. Log attached. ISY Error Log.v5.3.0__Mon 2022.04.18 21.29.08.txt
