  1. Thanks Michael, it was DHCP. For some reason, the cable I've been using for a few years no longer seems happy - a new cable and all is back to normal. Jon
  2. Hello, My ISY stopped responding on my network so I rebooted it. Still the same. I accessed it via the url link at www.universal-devices.com. I can get into the Blue Screen GUI but all the options are missing and I only have a few menu items. I cannot upload a new firmware. I did a Factory reset but same issue, Can anyone help me get back up and running? Thanks Jon[/img]

  5. Hello, If I click Purchase Modules then I eventually get a Safari time-out. Can someone confirm - is this feature broken at the moment? Thanks Jon
  6. That did the trick - thank you - should have thought about the PLM reset. All is working properly now Jon
  7. Hello, I've searched for the answer here but can't find all the info I am looking for. I have just moved house and want to completely reset my ISY so that I can start my network again. I have reset the ISY and all the config has gone, but do I need to do anything to the PLM? When I log in now the ISY says 'System Busy' and then 'Linking' and i get the progress bar that has been building links for the last 24 hours. I am therefore thinking I need to wipe the PLM too so that both the ISY and the PLM are in factory new state. Is this correct? If not, what should I do to get me back to the beginning? Thanks for any advice Jon
