  1. Thanks everyone. I got it working. What did I do? 1- Adjusted trigger=5w and hysteresis=0w 2- Restored device connection in Isy I am not sure if both 1 and 2 were needed but I did both and it works fine now. BTW, no calibration was done (Tried with and without calibration and didn't change the problem of isy not getting update. In fact, syncrolink worked fine without any calibration assuming I manually queried the device. I think it must do some sort of autocalibration but I can't be sure.)
  2. I have it sensing an AV component that selects the input and powers the speakers. The three settings on the isy device panel are set to: trigger=2 watts, holdoff=1.34sec and hysteresis=5 watts. How do I set these? Just tbc I am not having problems with the synchrolink knowing the correct state of the AV component - it's just that the isy doesn't know it changed state unless I manually query the device
  3. I think it is load sense. Didn't change anything from out of box configuration. What am I missing?
  4. Hi I'm a automation newbie and having trouble with a synchrolink module I installed. The current state is not updated real time on the isy. If I manually query the module I can get the status reliably but for some reason the update frequency is very slow (10's of minutes). Is there something unusual about this module (as my other insteon devices don't show this behavior)? What is the best way to work around this in terms of programs? Thanks!
