  1. Update - It seems that Ad-Aware is ok if I use https://isyinstead of http://isy. I can leave Ad-Aware running and it works perfectly.
  2. OK - I figured out my problem! My Admin console will not run when Ad-Aware is running. I need to dig a little deeper to figure out why but at least I can get the console running for now.
  3. Yes - firmware matches UI version on Help | About screen. Thanks for the thought. Still no luck. Is there a standalone Java application? I haven't found that yet but would be worth a try. I should mention that I'm running Windows 7 64 bit on a i7 proc.
  4. Hi, I see this is an old thread but I appear to be having a similar issue - although I have tried all of the remedies listed above without success. On my main computer, the admin console is unable to launch. After I log in the GUI appears for a second, then closes down. I do not have any issue from my laptop - so the issue is either with Java, the browser, or something else. I have tried deleting the casche, I have un-installed and reinstalled java, I have ensured that I am running the latest firmware on my ISY994IR Pro. I have tried both Firefox (latest) and IE but nothing seems to work. Can anyone suggest something I haven't tried?
