But will ISY units support this feature of the KPL's from now on? It seems the logic is already there for relay responders.

Interesting stuff. Not surprisingly, my KPL's are somewhat dated... I have v.29, v.2D, and v.33. I think I'm out of luck unless I replace them all

OK, so I'll need to correct the situation with a program. Not ideal, but understood. Hypothetically, let me ask, though. If one can set the on-level of other responders, say to 0% when a scene engages, isn't that effectively turning off the device? A LampLinc relay or SwitchLinc relay can be a scene responder, and the on-level is set to something, there is a prompt for Off or On. Can't the scene logic for secondary KPL devices work the same way? I don't think it's a limitation of the KPL, but rather of the scene logic in the ISY. I'm just curious, not trying to beat a dead horse here. -Joe

I have a couple of KPL devices and several lamps in a scene. I'm having trouble configuring KPL buttons (as responders of a scene) in order to set the on-level (effectively on/off). For example, I have a "movie mode" KPL button that controls the scene where several lamps dim to 33% with a ramp rate. Additionally, an OutletLinc with a lamp shuts off. So that all works. But, for some reason, I can't add the OutletLinc's KPL button to OFF in the scene. Shouldn't I be able to control any KPL buttons as responders? I need the lamp to shut off and its corresponding KPL button to follow. Another example that I use is "Night Mode." All kinds of things shut off, but I need a KPL button and another device to turn on. I can't seem to figure out how to do this without the use of an additional program. So what am I missing?
