Hello, I am attempting to add several Insteon Devices to my Eisy. There are no identifying addresses on the Insteon Devices and there are no "Set Buttons". How can I add these devices without a device address or set button? Thank You

Hi Dennis, Yes the PDF refers to a "set button" which is non-existent on any of my Insteon Devices. That's my problem. How to add an Insteon Device to my Eisy without a "set button".

Specifically: #2473 Receptacle #2663-2 Double Receplace, each plug switched

Wall receptacle with upper switched and lower on all the time.. Has an on/off switch but nothing else. Also the double receptacle, individually switched.

Hi Again, I've decided to abandon the X10 platform and convert to all Insteon. Tried everything I could and still no success, so goodbye. One problem I am having: How can I add an Insteon Device when there is no identifiable address? Also no "setup" button. Any ideas? Thanks again to all. Ron

No they did not. All Insteon devices work though so would not think that necessary.

No. I replaced it as a result of the problem I am having. Universal Devices went through the process with me. They had no answers for me.

No. Just finished. No response at plain x10 module. Tried same circuit and plug as PLM. I'm lost

Sorry, II am a rookie so lost in what you said. Not sure what you are asking about 2 HV/UC combinations. I have the devices installed and then turn them on or off with Eisy or UD Mobile. Nothing fancy, no scenes or anything else. Just direct on/off activation

This is what I m getting on the Event Viewer. Not sure what it means. X-10 (B-3 FF 02 03 1) is the last thing I attempted to turn on.

Hello, I have a blended system with INSTEON AND X-10 DEVICES. All were working fine together about a month ago. The Insteon devices do work with Eisy and UD Mobil. Now, no X-10 devices operate when signal is sent from Eisy unit. UD Mobil no longer works with X-10 as well. The X-10 hand held remote Does Work with the installed X-10 devices. Running Mac OS Sequoia 15.5. Have 15 Insteon devices and 12 X-10 devices installed. Eisy Version 5.9.1, OpenADR, Networking Module, Portal Integration, Z-Wave module. A10/X10 module. Any help or ideas to resolution available? Thank you, Ron

oberkc, That would be great! I can remove it no problem. If you are not using the 994, I could pay to have it shipped to me, remove the board, then send the unit back to you if that works? Please let me know. I so appreciate your response. Thank you!

Javi-Thanks for responding. I am using the Desktop Launcher. My onsite isy is fine. Its the one offsite I cannot connect. When attempting to re-add the offsite isy to the lox launcher, I get a message "Invalid URL". It is the same UUID as the one my second computer successfully responds to. Driving me nuts.

I installed a new Mac mini M2 chip computer and can no longer remotely access an isy I have installed in a vacation home. A computer sitting along side my new one has no problem. Any reports of this problem or available solutions. Please help. Thank you.

Is there a way to still run X-10 devices on EISY?

No I have not. It was suggested I do so and I will. I am a pretty green rookie so much of this is new. But fun I'll give it a shot when I get to the house which uses the system. Thank, Ron

Cannot get isy994i to recognize Z-Wave CT101 Thermostat. Using new 5.0 Series Software. Works on a system with older 4.73 Software but not o latest. Any suggestions
