    Hi Michel,
    Yes, Insteon Support was checked in Configuration.
    I had an Ableconn USB to Serial dongle with PL2303HXD chipset handy so I plugged that in and rebooted. It's all working now. I can switch back to the supplied adapter and gather some info, or let you remote in, if you'd like, but perhaps it was just a bad adapter.

  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
