So, I have an Elk M1 and an ISY. They are communicating beautifully. My garage door has a hardwired sensor into my M1 panel and my garage door is controlled by the M1 panel through a simple relay that closes the contacts on my garage door button for 2 sec. I'm trying to get the "H" button on the 8 button keypad in the master bedroom to turn on when the garage door is open and then, if I press the button, "off" on the keypad causes the garage door to close. I've got the closing part working but I can't seem to get the M1 to turn on the H button on the 8 button keypad. I realize it's more of an ElkRP problem than a ISY problem but any help would be appreciated... Matt

Love this programming - thank you! I have one LS that has been sending a "wet" signal daily between 1 and 3 PM - not sure why. I modified the variable control 1 program for that sensor to the following: Boys Bath - Variable Control 1 - [iD 0010][Parent 000B] If Status 'Boys Bathroom Leak Detector-D / Boys Bathroom Leak Detector-W' is On Then Wait 3 seconds $sLeakBoysBath = 9 Else Wait 10 seconds $sLeakBoysBath = 1 Since the mod, no false positives. Am I setting myself up for failure or will the "wait 3 seconds" delay on the "$sLeakBoysBath = 9" just keep the LS jittering from pinging me for false alarms? I'm also wondering if my "heart beats" are working. Is there an easy way to get a weekly summary email with a "number of heart beats missed" info? Might help with identifying LS that have dying batteries... Thanks again for the fantastic programming - makes the LS actually helpful!

OK, I cleared the java cache. It still won't connect. Popup window says, "Upgrade Failed :java.lang.Exception:"

But I'll start with this one... I'm on an iMac (10.10.5) and I can't backup my ISY or get it to download the new software (currently 4.0.5). I think it's a Java issue. I've been digging in the forums and I can't find a straight forward answer. So, how do I get this thing to backup and download the newest software? Matt
