anyone else? what outdoor camera are compatible with eisy and UD portal? or is it just "any camera that support RTSP protocol" thanks

all, im going crazy on something that should be a 5 minutes things. I want Alexa to talk to UD. documentation states: Make sure your ISY is configured with TLS 1.2 and Strength All and Verify is unchecked for HTTPS Client settings. If you are unsure, please consult this document Network Security Configuration Guide that links mention to click on "dashboard" but all the iox launcher shows me is admin console. where is that dashboard???

everything works just fine. curious to know if I have many zwave devices not in direct range of the zwave dongle. maybe I could move my eisy elsewhere for things to work better. maybe I could change the antenna for a high-gain antenna. something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/wlaniot-Antenna-External-Connector-Security/dp/B07PZFV9NK not because it works that it can't work better

good morning! been looking around for like 30 minutes. where can I see which zwave devices have direct communication with the zmatter dongle? (and also see which devices do not have direct communication with eisy) thanks!

thanks Javi! that explains why it was working great last week. today it works on both ipad and iphone. seems resolved or going in the right direction! im new to UD (new ish, ran my house with it 10 years ago) and im glad to see proactive action at resolving issues thanks

yeah, I realized I needed to go through state variable because every time I was touching a light switch, it was triggering 10-12 program that were setting zen32 leds. figured that created a ton of unnecessary zwave traffic. so zen32 trigger a scene on or off another program monitor the state of all the lights in the switch and turn a state variable on or off another program triggers on the state variable to change led on zen32 I realized that if you "change" the value of a state variable with the exact same value, it does not trigger a program with that variable in the IF. can you elaborate on this?

hello all, when I look in the admin console, all status of everything is accurate and devices status updates within fractions of a seconds. perfect. UD mobile seems to be the exact opposite. it keeps throwing me errors, asking to delete tons of unused values one sync out of 5 (which I always agreed to delete unused values...), status don't update or simply not shown. I get the same behavior on my iphone and ipad (2 different apple account) again, admin console works flawlessly. all program execute as expected. perfect! except UD mobile is really bad right now. all z-wave (all zooz except door lock) UD mobile was working great when I was testing with 2-3 devices on my table. now with the full house UD mobile is a mess. any idea what I could have done wrong? or how to fix it?

something very helpful would be to know why a device (like a dimer switch) turned on. was it physical or was it a program? if a program or scene, which one? that would avoid customer saying "light turned ON on it's own!!!" if logs were saying "on - physical" that would be pretty helpful. "no mister customer, you turned it on at 8:43,33 manually. see... physical" or "on - scene:allOn" I could tell customer "light turned on because you triggered the all On scene. with current logs, I can confirm customer is right: the light turned on, yes. why? maybe a program, maybe physical... unless im missing something

all, I have zen32 with buttons like "basement on" and basement off" pressing it triggers a scene to turn on (or off) all the lights in the basement. pretty simple. challenge is: I want zen32 leds to reflect the basement lights status. meaning if I go in the basement and manually turn on all the basement lights, I want the zen32 "basement ON" led to be lit. only solution I can think of is to have a program that IF light 1 and 2 and 3 and... and... and... 20 are ON, then set zen32 led to ON anything smarter/elegant comes to mind? thanks

guys, I just added my schalge connect (zwave) lock. works great, can lock and unlock. but how do I change lock codes? I just can't find where... thanks using a eisy with the zmatter usb thing

found it. not the best, but I set it to "LED always off" and "LED always on" not the most elegant way. but it work. anyone have a better way of doing it? with habitat I can set brightness to 0. no clue how they do that by looking at zen32 advanced settings
