    ISY as home alarm?

    I need new alarm system for new house. Perwired. Options are: DSC + HA device or just HA. I can read that ISY is more reliable than Vera or SS. For basic setup I just need 3 motions + 2 smart keylocks. Question - Can ISY fully replace old-style alarm? The task is simple - arm/disarm from phone or door lock or proximity (if possible). Step 2 - I want to add lights control, and want to achieve the following: when disarm - lights on, simple but with no significant delays. System must run by inself even if Internet is down. Doable? Last q. Anyone with ISY/ Control4 experience? Can ISY replace Control4?
