  1. Thank you @bmercier. That indeed fixed the issue. That URL gave me a 'Not Found' then I went back to PG3 and hard refreshed (just in case) and went through 'My Purchases' and then there was a button for 'Install' against the $9. The node is installed and I authenticated no issue. Problem solved. Thank you!
  2. I meet the requirements: PG3x, EISY firmware 5.6.0, PG3 Remote connection is enabled in ISY Portal. I went ahead and purchased it for the $9. However I cannot seem to install it from PG3x. I have 2 x buttons: 1.0.5 Standard Trial Free /per 10 day - 'Activate' - that button does nothing 1.0.5 Standard Perpetual $ 9 - 'Update' - that button just pops a dialog of info about the node How do I install it to Eisy?
  3. Yeah that's what I'm doing presently with EISY thanks @JTsao. Was hoping I could to this via PG3 but you guys have helped me understand that's not an option. Thank you all so much!
  4. Thanks @carealtor. Wasn't aware of that (disappointing as you say) but at least it's clear..
  5. Thanks @JTsao. Yeah I've not tried #2 but I notice through the admin console there is an ability to be able to do that. Right now I have the need identified for #4 working just fine via IR with a custom device having been added to the Harmony Hub Config which I created no problem. So the Insteon lights are controllable via the button on the Harmony hub. The only issue is I need to use an IR extender via a UTP to send the IR commands into the EISY directly. I would rather use PG3 to execute these function than IR if possible.
  6. @jimboca thanks for building this fantastic app for PG3. It really does complete a much needed capability (although Logitech abandoning Harmony is a clear worry given how good Harmony is!). I wanted to check in regarding the available capabilities. It seems to be that: EISY can trigger a Harmony remote activity to be turned on or off EISY can trigger a Harmony remote device button press Harmony remote activity being turned on or off can trigger an EISY event Harmony remote device button press cannot trigger an EISY event Can you confirm this is correct? This seems to be what I'm seeing. If so, are there any plans to address point 4 above or is there a method you might be able to recommend as an alternative? I want to be able to manage room lights (via EISY) from the harmony remote. Right now I'm using IR into EISY but that's complicated with the EISY not being co-located near the Harmony Hub.
  7. FYI users: to download the files from @gzahar's post, you need to be logged in.
  8. Team I got to the bottom of the issue. I needed to upgrade the Harmony software version. Once this was done, all that you have explained above is now available. For anyone else looking for installation help, make sure you checkout the node developer's information here: https://github.com/UniversalDevicesInc-PG3/udi-harmony-poly
  9. Thanks all for taking the times for these invaluable replies (sorry for the delay getting back to you). I think there must be something wrong with my node setup. I'll try removing and reconnecting etc.
  10. Yeah I don't have anything below 'Family Room' and certainly I have activities defined on the Harmonies, after all, how do I use them as remotes if I didn't!
  11. Thanks @JTsao that makes complete sense however I don't seem to see any of those options? For the Conditions I can select Status or Control. For Status I only see the Harmony Hub Controller and it seems to be more testing for status such as number of hubs, if Node Server is connected etc. For Control, I can see all the Harmony Hubs but all I can test for is 'On' or 'Power off'. Is there something wrong with my setup?
  12. Thanks @lilyoyo1. Michel also mentioned this in another conversation I had with him and similar to several others on this thread stated it can be changed without issue but he doesn't recommend it.
  13. Is there any documentation explaining how to interact with Harmony Hub on say Eisy through PG3? I'm seeing all my hubs etc and all looks configured correctly however how do I now actually use it? e.g. If a specific activity is run on a specific hub (which would be a condition), I want to run a program to dim the lights. Same in reverse, when I press the off button on the Harmony remote, I want lights to come back up. I can't intuitively see how this can be done.
  14. @thewebgeek fixed set a static IP Address via SSH however @GJ Software Products reported that Michel said they disabled it on the GUI due to technical difficulties. @thewebgeek after you set the static IP address did you experience any technical issues with the device? Maybe it was a GUI issue only that Michel is referring to?
