Yeah, I've rebooted mine several times this evening. No luck. Time of day IS correct but Sunrise/Sunset times are incorrect by an hour. I'm sure we'll be seeing an update very soon!! UPDATE: All times are now correct! Thank you, Universal Devices!!

Glad I apparently am not alone with this Daylight Saving Time Issue. I'm about 35 miles north of Cincinnati, Ohio so my time zone should be set to Cleveland, Ohio. (My "Locate Me" option does NOT work at all. My programs ran this evening but were way too early. My CURRENT time is 08:55pm but according to the sunset time on the configuration page it says sunset is 08:28pm. The sunset at my location according to my phone is 7:39pm. Hope this is something they get fixed fast!

I recently switched for ISY 994 to EISY. I was able to load PROGRAMS into my Google Home Nest with my old ISY but I am unable to load them with EISY. The screen print below shows program then I select the program I want to add but in the Google Home Category it still says scene. Am I missing something ? I have several PROGRAMS I'd like for GH to run. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hello! I just replaced my dead ISY994i with an EISY. I did NOT migrate my ISY994i to the EISY in favor of doing a "fresh" install. We recently downsized to a smaller house and I no longer have a need for about half of my Insteon devices. When I create a new scene in the EISY upon pressing "OK" the scene immediately populates with several devices that I do not want in the scene. I probably should mention that when I attempt to turn on the scene from the Administration Console (using the buttons along the bottom) none of the devices in the newly created scene respond. Also, I should mention I originally loaded an older saved program into the EISY and DELETED ALL devices and scenes by using the delete function. What am I doing wrong? Blessings

Thank you.... I was FINALLY able to get it to reset however it took several tries of using a paperclip to activate the reset button. We had a brief internet outage yesterday (about 3 minutes) and I had to reset the modem. When we got home in the evening the ISY wasn't available and we walked into a totally dark house!! Any idea why it is necessary to activate the reset button so many times???

Hello! I've been a long time ISY user however, I think my current ISY994i (S/N 34.0021b9023291) needs to be replaced because I am unable to reset it. I would like to know what I need to purchase as a plug-n-play replacement. I cannot give you the firmware level because I am no longer able to login in! I currently have all Insteon modules along with a Google Nest Mini. I have no idea where to begin in doing research for a replacement. Hoping someone can assist me with this decision! THANK YOU in advance! Mike

Any chance of getting an answer to this issue? I submitted a tech ticket and DID receive a response but the response stated to reply ABOVE this line and I couldn't write in that space so I "replied" to Michel's email response to me and have heard nothing.

I have MobiLinc app on my android smart phone. I believe I have MobiLinc Connect module.

I am having this EXACT same issue. I don't have ELK (and like jgdavis14 I don't know what ELK is!). I have nothing that I am aware of connected to my ISY in other words... NO external clients. Please help! The almost constant blinking is driving us and our cat crazy!

Well, I repeated the process for replacing the PLM and I no longer have "!" next to any of the devices in our master bedroom. I got sidetracked before getting around to plugging the PLM and ISY back in. They were unplugged for about 25 minutes. Hopefully the programs will run as they have been programmed. Mike R.

Not sure what is going on but I will try my best to explain. My old PLM went bad. I ordered a new one and it seemed to install just fine but after several LampLinc modules in our master bedroom have become unresponsive. The links between other devices in the bedroom seem to work fine but the PROGRAMS contained within the ISY do NOT function. When I try to do a Device Links Table diagnostic it fails and the admin console indicates it can't read the device. I have tried unsuccessfully to restore the devices but that process also fails. Thanks so very much for assistance with this delima. Mike R.

For no apparent reason my ISY programs have become VERY unreliable. These programs have worked flawlessly for the past four or five years probably longer. Now it appears some of the programs will execute completely one time but then won't work at all or will only work partially at other times. The strange part about all this is that I haven't made ANY changes and/or additions to the actual ISY or the modules. Can someone please help? Screenshot.docx

Yeah, the model is ISY 99. It's a really old model. It's just in a metal box you used to be able to get at Radio Shack! It is not the fancy box like the ISY 994. What I'm really trying to figure out is if I have a defective KPL or my ISY 99 is outdated and won't work with the new KPL. They stopped supporting and updating the firmware for the ISY 99 in February of 2013.

I am using an ISY that is about 6 or 7 years old. I believe it is an ISY99 I've had no issues with the ISY whatsoever until I tried to add this new KPL.
