I encountered this same problem using ISY Finder. In working with Universal-Devices, it was isolated to my virus software (Check Point's ZoneAlarm). The only thing we could do was to put another entry in ISY Finder (https://isy/desc) which is much slower loading all the ISY data, but it does get around the "out of range" exception. By the way, I'm running ISY994i Pro on version 5.3.1.
