  1. Well...it looks like nuking everything, deleting the app, and re-installing (setting up), and then exiting the program, restarting...it all looks like it works now. I should know that's always the answer when everything *should* work--just nuke it and start over.
  2. The app is at version 1.0.35. I've gone through the account deletion and re-adding a couple of times. But maybe I'll do that and then nuke the app as well. I did used to have it setup via port forwarding, but it was becoming a pain to maintain.
  3. I bought a subscription to ISY portal, but only realized a couple of months ago that I wasn't able to access the ISY outside the house. It only works on my home wifi, which is... not the point of ISY portal... so today I sat down to debug it. I turned off the wifi on my phone and opened UD Portal, and got the error. Everything I've looked at seems right as far as I can tell. I've taken screenshots of all the configuration screens and the error I'm getting. Any ideas what's going on? Did I miss something? I'm decently proficient with my home networking setup (I ran ethernet to multiple rooms, have switches, a NAS, but I'm not a networking expert per-se...but ISY portal shouldn't require me to be one, right?).
  4. I think I've pieced together what changed on my end. I noticed my phone was connecting to my home's guest wifi network, which was not in the list of local networks in UD Mobile. I reconnected to the main network, and UD Mobile works again. This means I've probably never actually used UD Mobile remotely. Now I'm at work, and just tried it, and yep, it won't connect. Is there a dummy's guide to setting up certs between the ISY and UD Mobile to work remotely? The documentation linked above doesn't really give a how-to.
  5. I've never had to deal with this before. Did something change recently? I have a custom domain that I use for remote access, and that has a certificate, but that's outside of the ISY configuration.
  6. The error in the subject started happening a couple of days ago, on every screen that tries to connect to the ISY. I am connecting to my ISY directly, not with the Portal. It was working before this. I verified the ISY is on and working. I'm on Android.
  7. Is there a simple temperature sensor out there that's compatible with ISY, either Insteon or ZWave? All I can find are full-blown thermostats, which seems like overkill. I ended up buying the Insteon 2441ZTH, but I have been less than happy with it. It doesn't seem to report temperature often or accurately. I have to reinsert the batteries sometimes to get it to send data. It's awful. I don't care about a display. I literally just want the value sent to ISY. What I want: A simple battery-operated, wireless device that reports temperature (humidity is optional) to the ISY so that I can use it in programs. One in my shed outside to just let me know if it gets too hot or cold, one in my server closet to tell ISY to turn on the fan switch for 10 minutes. Surely something like this exists?
  8. On dimmers (and on/off switches too), there is a strip of LEDs along the left side of the switch. Is it possible to control which LED lights up, independently of the actual on value? (Background: I would like the LEDs on my bathroom fan switches to indicate the time remaining before auto shutoff.)
