    Sorry for the late reply. This is what I have. My Polisy was connected and online a week ago. I had my isy portal before purchasing my Polisy. Sorry for late reply.

    While I was trying to figure out how to set up UD Mobile I must have ticked the wrong button somewhere. In the isy portal I tick on Polisy -Select Tool and any of the choices after that I get the message "ISY is not online". Also the button to the left of the alias "polisy" is blank. Whe I hover my cursor over the same button I get the message "ISY never connected" I have tried "manage modules" in the Admin Console it states "your modules are up to date!". Also in configuration-portals there isn't a message to "accept". Any help would will be greatly appreciative. Thanks Marc
