Hi everyone, I bought the ISY system but I haven't install it yet since my house is still under construction. I have been advised to use the Schlage BC469 door locks. So I am going to buy the Z-wave module. Then I am able to use both Insteon and Z-Wave devices. In terms of thermostat, I have 5 Insteon 2441ZTH, which is the lowest model from Insteon and it's not programmable. Since I have the ISY, does it matter if I go for higher model? With the non-programmable 2441ZTH, I can still schedule the temp changes through ISY, right? Is there any benefit of getting higher model Insteon thermostats? Or should I go for some other Z-Wave models? Thanks!

I bought the BE469NX lock. https://www.rona.ca/en/century-keypad-dead-bolt-12825439 I have a question though, I plan to put the locks for the front doors and also at the detach garage. The detach garage and the house has a distance of 20 feet. Will the z-wave lock able to connect back to the main house? My controller will be placed in the crawl space. Thanks for all your help!

I bought it with the Insteon option. So I can buy the daughter board and add it to the ISY device?

Hi everyone, I have purchased the ISY Insteon package for my newly built house and I haven't install it yet. I am also planned to get the DoorBird door bell, which I know it can talk to ISY. Do you have any suggestions on the door lock? Any door locks that can communicate with ISY? It would be the best if there's a door lock that can be unlocked remotely once I got the notification from DoorBird. Thanks!
