I'm on 5.0.16C and there seems to be a problem in consistently reading proper relay and sensor status from an 2450 IOLinc connected to a Greenlee ASV100 valve. Sometimes the relay reads "off" when it is actually "on", but most of the time the sensor slips from "on" to "off" within 48 hours, and the valve state hasn't changed (relay=on, sensor=on). I haven't busted out the multimeter yet to see if is the valve, but I did replace the IOLinc with a spare and it behaves exactly the same. I believe this was also happening on 5.0.16B. It never happened on 4.x. If I cycle the relay from on to off, the proper sensor and relay status is displayed. Oddly enough, I also have an IOLinc handling the garage door and I haven't seen any problem with. If this is a bug with the ISY firmware, it may only happen when the relay is in "latching" mode as is required for the water valve instead of "momentary" which is required for the garage door. Please let me know if there are any logs or further tests I can do to help isolate this problem.
