I get this TCP error... Time User Code Message Sun 2019/12/29 03:15:43 PM System -170001 [TCP-Conn] -256/-140002, Portal-Dispatch

Im having this issue now. I can see the ISY in the Admin console but myisy.io shows offline. When its offline it doesnt allow me to view history or error files. This is also preventing me from getting the Polisy up and running, Im sure its a network security issue...I just dont know where to look. I have checked and updated the network settings in the Dashboard/Network, Cleared the Java Cache...manually updated the Firmware and reinstalled the backup..

I can create a new scene and add the 2 devices, even though it gives me a failed error. I can not do anything in a program since they do not show up as a device. I have a setup issue, to resolve.

How do I resolve a Not Implemented Error? I have installed a Aeotec Siren and BE469 Lock. I finally got them working on the myiso.io console and the Orchestrated App. When I click either device in the Admin Console I get a not Implemented error. While Im seeking advice is there an easier way to add these to scenes? I saw the code in previous messages but I don't yet know where to add that code. The device does not show up in program. Thanks

I am having same issue...so far none of the steps here are working for me. The networking screen shots on http://www.universal-devices.com/docs/production/ISY994%20Series%20Network%20Security%20Guide.pdf do not seem to match what I see when I log into the ISY Portal. Have the screen shots changed? Are the instructions in this PDF still valid? When I go to my ISY with HTTPS I get a security certificate error, so maybe I am still missing parts of the setup. I can connect...with I click through the security warnings. I have access to the ISY through the Portal as well as the Mobile APP. I do not believe I have successfully setup external web access. my.iso.io shows my ISY as never connected. I can not connect to the Echo. Any suggestions?
