  1. yes. I have never done an update since i put into service. Should I try that ??? Thanks
  2. Today my easy seems to have stopped responding to all. It does not run any programs, will not respond to any command from either my computer ( java) or any of my mobile devices ( iPhone, iPad). I rebooted from the iPad. No change. Tried rebooting directly by doing power with 5 X. Nothing. Any suggestions ??? Thanks, Steve
  3. I am currently using UD Mobile withe my 994. before migrating to Eisy should all be erased from UD Mobile. I will be doing the upgrade via a backup restore from my Mac. Thanks ,
  4. The SOLUTION was setting the local to the desired dim level. ALL WORKS NOW. I very much appreciate the support and help and again want to than both of you for all. Steve
  5. THANKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  6. Thanks for all your work. 1) In actuality looking at the light itself. When I use the button on the 8 button controller the light goes on at a dimmed level. When I use either of the other wall switches it goes on to full level. 2) If I manually dim either of the other controllers I can bring the light down to the dimmed level. 3) I CANNOT get the system to do the lower on level for either the 2477 or 2476. When I set the "On level" to 50% and try to "Write " the changes nothing happens. I have even set to 50%, the did a restore rather than write changes and nothing happens. Should I do as MrBill recommended and reset all devices then restore them ??? Thanks, Steve
  7. Here are the screen shots from the controllers. The last ( 8 button) did not give me diagnostics choice. That one works.
  8. Thanks for all your advice . I have already tried the Restore. Also have switches in my attic for more than 5 years with no issues. Was the only way to add some outdoor lights and others where trying to get feeds from the garage was virtually impossible. I have had no issues with any regardless of temperature. To give you a laugh I had all fail in a short time. took me a little while to realize that having a new roof put on , nailing and banging was not a great environment for the switches. Again thanks for all.
  9. Thanks, no worry about being persistent. If I do a factory reset will hit still show up as a device with the given name ??? I have actually already deleted both the controls that don't work from the scene, did a factory rest, then reinstalled them as if never there before and then added them to the scene and reset all to the 50%. The one I have not reset is the 2477 that actually has the light tied to it as it is in the attic and tough to get to. It also works fine with the 8 button. i have spent hours on this including installing some new switches before reaching out to you. I guess I will do the attic switch when I can.=; then let you know . May be a day or so. Again thanks, Steve
  10. Here are the 5 screenshots of each part of the tree
  11. Here are screenshots of the two controllers that though set to 50% in the scene go to 100%.
  12. Sorry , I should have said that I had DONE all the Red controllers when I set it up. Thats my problem I think set up correctly
  13. Thanks your fast reply. I have done as you suggested. clicked on each Red controller in the tree and set the attributes at 50% for all.
  14. I have a problem with a new light I installed and a scene I created. The Chandelier is controlled by a 2477D dimmer wall switch. I think I have set it up correctly so that any control will turn the Chandelier on at 50%, but all except the button on the 2334-222 ( 8 Button Dimmer, Steve 8 Butn) turn it on at 100% though I have set up for 50%. Also if I turn on from the ISY itself it goes on at 50%. The attached screen grabs show the setup and views when turned on by the 8 button and when turned on by a 2477 ( Rbn Chandelier Cntrl). Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. Thanks
