  1. After several years with few problems, my ISY994i spontaneously stopped talking to the portal this morning. The local Java admin console showed that it was connected. My web portal page still showed the ISY994, but showed it as off-line. I rebooted the ISY and it came back on-line but shortly went off-line again. I then removed it from the web portal and tried to add it back. I completed the entry on my portal the unit showed up as added. On my admin console the Portals tab showed a pending Requested Service. When I clicked on Approve, a "Bad Request" error window came up. Repeating the process produces the same result. I looked at the error log and it looks like every time I try to approve the request, it produces a "System -140008 Portal-SEC:503". Is it possible that the portal is now using a security protocol that is not supported by the ISY? That would be very bad for me. I have a Polisy at another site and it appears to be working fine with my portal account. Any other ISY994i owners having problems with a portal connection? 2. Has anyone got any "real" answers to this issue? I have the exact same problem and it appears to be an old 4.6.2 version of the admin console. It's funny that I can see the contents of the jnlp file in the Java Control Panel by going to General/View... and then right clicking on the Application in the window and selecting show JNLP file. But I can't figure out where the JNLP file itself is, or where the link to it is. I tried searching my entire disk for admin.jnlp and nothing is found. I also tried running the Java Configuration utility with admin privileges with no change in the results. It sounds like no one really understands why this is happening.
