    Tower Garden Timer Rule

    Hi, I bought a Tower Garden and it requires a constant watering. One day there was heavy rain which popped the GFI circuit so I bought an Insteon outlet and want to replace the timer with home automation to turn the pump on for 15 minutes at a time 2x per hour. I also wanted to be able to get txts should the program not be able to turn outlet on/off so it doesn't go unwatered for long periods of time. Would greatly appreciate some direction on creating a program to accomplish this.
