Benoit, Yes using the ISY portal, via web access the lights can be turned on and off. I opened the device and clicked fast on, fast off and was able to toggle.

Hi there, It is doing it again? Was working fine in the AM then all of a sudden I can't turn anything on? Very bizarre.. I can turn items off, just not on. Any ideas?

I sat down and methodically went through the steps and documented them below.. I rebooted all the various devices, ISY, the three alexas in the house. Using the Alexa App, I "forgot all" and clicked discover Tested Alexa by Saying "Alexa Kitchen on", the light did not turn on, however, if I turned it on manually then asked to turn it on, the light actually turned off Using the Alexa App, I "Forgot All" Using the ISY Portal, I removed the device, readded the device to the ISY Portal Using the Alexa App I clicked discover Tested Alexa by Saying "Alexa Kitchen on", the light did not turn on, however as before, if I turned it on manually then asked to turn it on, the light actually turned off Result Fail Using the Alexa App, I "Forgot All" Using the ISY Portal, I removed the device Using the Admin Console for the ISY Device I removed the device, then readded the device Using the ISY Portal, I added the device Using the Alexa App, I clicked Discover Tested Alexa by Saying "Alexa Kitchen on", the light turned on The kitchen table does not turn on, it will however turn off if I physically turn it on.

Hi there Benoit thank you for looking into my issue. I upgraded to v3, forgot all devices and re discovered, same issues. The one that is working "kitchen" due to me removing it completely from the ISY and re-adding it. Kitchen Table is one that is not working.

Michel, The ISY Portal reflects the status of the device, as does the Administrative console, as does Mobilinc, and in all three cases I can toggle the devices off and on. Very odd..

Am I going to need to go through and redo all the lights in my ISY, scenes?

Hi there, Odd item here, around 1130 CT all was good, then all of a sudden Alexa wouldn't turn anything on. I rebooted the Echo, the ISY, removed and re-added the switch, same thing. I say "Alexa Kitchen on" Kitchen does nothing, if I turn it on, then repeat "Alexa Kitchen on", the kitchen turns off. Wicked odd.

I spent several more hours on it last night and finally stumbled upon that I needed to recreate every scene and every program and at that point things started to work again.. What I am trying to do is do a program that says "if this button is a status of on" then do this. There is no status of on anymore to select in the drop downs? It is simply off or some % of being on and a status of responding. Is there a reason why the on status is no longer an option?

I recently had a battle with my PLM, and had to call support, during this process my ISY was updated to 4.2.2. It seems that since this upgrade was done, my programs are not working the way they used to. I have dug and dug and read all the various posts and am struggling to figure out what is going on. I have created a scene called bed time, I then created a program that if a keypad button is on it would then kick in the scene bed time and dim it to the off position. I have found that there is no "status" for the button anymore in the program.. I tried a "not off" logic to kick it in. No go. Can you assist me in getting this resolved? I am at my wits end here and am throwing in the towel. Thank you

Any comments regarding the spam of emails that the ISY produces when I place it at the end of the irrigation cycle?

So I think I have this irrigation thing finally figured out, the hardest part is trying to figure out the absorption factor. I am now to a point that I would like to have the system e mail me when they system is watering, along with that e mail it will simply poll the weather bug information and provide a nice little report for me to see what the information was for the day. For some reason when I have put this option in the program the ISY spams the heck out of me and I can't seem to figure out why. Does anyone have any type of similar issue? Or seen this before?
