  1. I tried that multiple times under Alexa plus and it didn’t work. Why reverted back to standard everything was fine.. I’m glad it worked for you.
  2. As I’m sure some people have seen on the thread about the Alexis skill for ISY and some issues people are having, I had a long conversation with Amazon and they confirmed that the Alexa+ does not play well with some of the third-party skills. Especially with home automation. I had a few lights that were not responding to Alexa commands and also I have the Harmony hub app and that stopped working as well After talking with them, I had customer service. Take me off Alexa.+ and bring it back to the regular Alexa. As soon as that happened, everything started working normally again. If anyone looks at the other thread, I copied what they said in their text and posted it there.
  3. I have some new information after talking to Amazon customer support. They said there are many issues using Alexa plus with the ISY. The best way to recover is to go back to standard and you have to get on customer service to ask them to remove Alexa, plus. See attached pictures
  4. I’m also getting this as well. I’m not sure how to address it and whether it’s a Alexa problem or a portal problem. I didn’t notice while using the Alexa app. If I clicked on that particular device that’s giving me an issue at the top. It says that it has a server error.
  5. About 20 mins
  6. Many have seem issues after installing Tesla powerwall 3. Was trying to figure out how to get these issues go away. I suggest you look at this link and see if you could add any additional information regarding this and share it with the rest of us. https://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/44344-issues-after-installing-tesla-powerwall-3/
  7. Typically, when using EISY and I’m replacing an Insta device, I could just do a replacement and not have to reprogram everything. I would like to replace my 6 key keypad with the four key I three. Only using four of the buttons on the six key keypad. One of the things I love about EISY is that is easy to replace a switch without having to go back in and change all the programs. while I know it doesn’t look like a direct replacement. Is there any way to do this easily using EISY?
  8. Still waiting for the iOS upgrade and just fyi
  9. I got an answer from Universal devices, and they said that in order to run that version of polyglot, will requires our latest OS 14.x which will be release by the end of the week. hopefully when it comes out, we will be able to run and install 3.2.27
  10. Also opened a ticket.
  11. Btw. How come you have a version so far ahead of me? Don’t understand why I have not seem updates since I’m sure others are using your node.
  12. Christian ok I’ll check tomorrow by updating packages and rebooting again and will also check with universal devices on why it isn’t upgrading
  13. Christian I’ve tried to reboot and mine is still at the same number 3.2.27 I’ve tried the update packages twice and rebooted twice now i also deleted the teslapp app in case that’s holding it up the forum doesn’t show any update to this as well
  14. Christian I’m not sure I understand exactly what you’re saying. I see that the app you wrote is at 1.26 and polygon is at 3.2.27. what exactly is 3.3.16 What exactly are you telling me to do? sorry for being so obtuse.
  15. Thanks for the quick response in my inbox. How will I know when to update it
