  1. Thanks much Mark! This makes sense.
  2. I just purchased a pair of ToggleLink's to replace 2 standard 3-way switches that control a ceiling light. Into the installation, I discovered that this light circuit is wired with power going into the light fixture instead of into either of the 2 switches. Thus, there is no neutral wire in either switch location. I assume at the minimum, I need to return the ToggleLink's b/c I can't use them for this situation & will probably need to buy a In-LineLinc Dimmer instead. Have others run into this? How did you handle it? While the In-LineLinc will give me remote ability to turn the light on/off, it certainly won't be convenient to not be able to turn the light on/off from the original switch locations. Thanks in advance for any tips/suggestions. Eddie
  3. Yes it was & I will. Thanks for your help.
  4. I think I may have a faulty ISY b/c while I was able to connect via serial one time, I am not able to consistently connect. Sometimes I can see the ISY boot up output on the serial while other times it doesn't output anything. On one try, I received this output when I rebooted the ISY: Unimplemented line-f opcode FMT =00 SR =2708 FS =00 Faulted PC = FFC00534D0:0200B220FMT =FMT =00 On another try: Universal Devices NBUD-70-100 Monitor V1.0 Jun 13 2007 15:27:39 HELP for help nb>2DFMT =06 SR =FD6A FS =0B Faulted PC = 200007FC D0:8BE988D2 00000004 00000041 FFC50005 35B7BB23 00000000 FFFF3CBC 8153C97D A0:FFC01157 0206C309 FFC002E4 FFFFFFFC 0000002F 98B7FD6A 200007FC 200007F4 Waiting 2sec to start 'A' to abort Error Checksum Fail No Valid app Universal Devices NBUD-70-100 Monitor V1.0 Jun 13 2007 15:27:39 HELP for help nb>
  5. I just followed installation instructions for my new ISY 99iPro and have been unable to connect to it. I am using: WindowsXP Pro Linksys WRT610N router Norton Internet Security Firewall I have verified: UPnP is installed on my WinXP machine UPnP is enabled on the router I have completed turned off Norton Firewall. As I debugged, I eventually discovered that my routers DHCP Client table did not indicate that the ISY had even obtained an IP address. I have rebooted everything a few times. The only lights on the ISY is the PWR light & the Network lights. Any suggestions/
