Hi, I recently upgraded from a ISY-99i/r to a ISY-994i/r. I purchased the Network Module for the ISY-99. Do I need to purchase a new Network Module for the ISY-994 or can I use the same module? The ISY-99 is no longer being used. Thanks, Aaron

I'm new to doing programs so this question is probably stupid. I've been trying to get this to work for me. I have all the varibles and programs completed. It will send out a email notification but it always shows 0 for the run times. The only thing that looks different in my programs is that for the IF status line your program shows 'T-Stat / T-Stat' is calling for? What is the / for? The only thing I can put in this field is the name of my thermostat. Thanks for any help! Aaron

Brian yes I followed the procedures. When I turn the unit on after inserting the new SD card the error light just blinks and I can not see it on my network.

On my 99i/r I upgraded the SD Card from the original 512mb to a 4gb ScanDisk HC card. The unit would not boot up and the error light would flash. My questions are - what type of SD card is needed? Is the ScanDiskHC not compatible and what type of format should the card be formated with? Regards, Aaron

I now have the Radio Shack AC power adapter and plugged it into the ISY, still no power and can not see it on my network. I have the adapter set at 6v, no lite power LED on the ISY. The PLM light is lit and has pwer to it. What can I do next? Aaron

I believe I lost power from my PLM to the ISY 99i/rf or the ISY went bad. Power LED on the ISY is not lit. I have a old PLM 2412U that I would like to use to test with the ISY. Can I use this PLM or do I need a 2412S PLM? If not then I will get a AC power adaptor to check the ISY. I've tried resetting the PLM with no luck. The power LED on the ISY will not light and do not see the ISY on my network. If there is a problem with the ISY what can I do to reset it? Aaron

Michel, I think I found the problem. Some how the codes got changed on the assigned buttons on the remote. I changed them back to the ISY compatible codes and it is working fine now. So the ISY was never the problem. But thanks for the offer to look at it. Regards, Aaron

Oberkc, Thanks for the quick reply, however I'm using a Phillips TSU 9400 remote which has a fully charged battery. So I don't think that is the problem. I didn't mentioned it before but I have 2.7.1 firmware on the ISY. Aaron

New user here. I setup my new ISY99 to turn a light module on and off with a IR remote. But it stops reconizing IR codes after working for about an hour. I unpluged it from the PLM and i started working again. But it stopped reconizing IR tonight and I can't get it to except any IR codes. The LED does not flash like it does when it excepts a IR code. I'm I missing a setting or something? Aaron
