  1. On the Alexa app, enabling access to other apps such as Jinvoo Smart requires "account linking." This means that you will be prompted for either a phone number or an email address plus a password. When you install the app, it will accept the email and pw that you use on Amazon. It never asks for another. For me, when trying to do "account linking," the Amazon UN and PW don't work on the iPhone app, the Kindle app, or the website. I'm rejected by all three. I've tried all the other suggestions to no effect. I tried reinstalling the iPhone app. That went through without a hitch using my Amazon credentials. But still no luck with the "account linking" drill. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I've got new devices that I can't access with Alexa.
