  1. Thank you I'll give it a try and report back. I love this site. John
  2. Thanks for the reply Michel, No it only has IR. Do you know of anything that I could put on the opposite wall that I could control with ISY to send out the IR the way a universal remote works? Thanks, John
  3. I was just wondering if anyone has come up with a way to tie in Makita MOTORIZED drapery opener (ZZADO18K-1) that works off IR to ISY? I would love to have a way to program this with my ISY. The Makita has a remote and a program function, but if it drops power it will not keep the program. I was just wondering if anyone is using this product and how they use it with the ISY. John
  4. Thank you very much for the quick reply I'll give it a try. John
  5. Hello all, Looking for a lil programming help. Here is what I would like to do, but not sure how to configure it on my ISY-99i Pro. so I have a scene in ISY that when I push a button on my 2486PBK KeypadLinc Dimmer it will bring up the house lights in the TV room and turn on the bathroom light. What I want to do is add this to my 2411R IRLinc receiver. So that when I push the pause button on my Harmony one I want it to send the IR command to pause the DVD player and bring the house lights up. I only want this to work depending on time of day. The thing that I'm not understanding is how do I add just this command to a scene? Thanks for your help, John
  6. Thank you so much. the non-Toggle On was just what it needed. John
  7. My setup is using the ISY-99i to control all of the scenes and manage all devices. The kitchen light is the Insteon 2476D. I have it set to come on at 50% from 2 AM to 11 AM then 70% after that time. The great room overhead light and Kitchen are in a scene called "TV time" and it is set to put the lights at 30%. This is using a KeypadLinc 2486PBK and TV time is button "A". If one or both lights are on before I push "A" then it will power off the device that is part of the scene and on the second push it will set the lights correctly. What I want to happen is no matter what the light is set to when "A" is pushed set it to that scene, not turn off then back on. I hope this helps.
  8. I would like to know how I can transition from one scene to the next without having to turn the lights off first?javascript:emoticon('') Here's what I'm thinking. I have the light in the kitchen turned on at the switch or remotely @ 50%. I then have a scene that includes the kitchen light, but in the scene the light should be set to 30% along with the lights in the great room. What happens is that when I turn the scene on it will turn the kitchen light off on the first push of the keylinc then the next time I push the same button it will set all of the lights correctly. So how can I transition from one scene to the next without the lights needing to go off? John
