What about if i only have firmware 5.0.16? Should i upgrade to 5.3?

Turns out I have version 4.55. Is it worth it/possible to upgrade the dongle to zwave 500?

I have, and tried resetting zwave from the ISY admin console. How do i check the zwave version firmware? It's internal, how do i add an external zwave antenna to my isy994?

My ISY isn't seeing any zwave devices or letting me add them to my controller anymore...Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I did that numerous times, no luck. I tried on a PC as well to use the admin console. What seemed to work (so far) is I had a backup of the ISY, I did a factory reset and restored it with that backup.

Also, now i cannot access my ISY from my mobile app.

Hi, I have been having no problems with my ISY, and suddenly it started giving me a socket error. I tried restarting the ISY and cannot get it to function...

I have an Inovelli switch I'm trying to add to my ISY but everytime I add it it gives me an error "the zwave network failed to securely include your new device". I have tried factory resets on the switch and excluding it, but can't get it to pair. Any suggestions?

I have been using an insteon smoke bridge with my first alert smoke detectors. I got it to work when I pressed test, and it shows TEST as ON in the isy software. The only way to get that to turn off is to manually click query. Am I doing something wrong?? Shouldn't it auto query?
