Does anyone have this RJ45 to DB9 cable that came with the 2413S PLM? I'm attempting to connect this PLM directly to my computer and can't locate the cable.

 

I can't locate the pinout diagram to map the RJ45 pins to a DB9. The Quickstart guide shows the connections for Tx and Rx, but it doesn't specify pin numbers for TTL In/Out or Ground. I'm assuming ground is standard, but I can't find a specification for the TTL connections. Are these even necessary when connected to a standard serial port (DB9)?

That cable was/is packed with the PLM itself. It is inside one of the folds of the white cardboard packing material that holds the PLM in place inside its box.

That is a 3 conductor cable with pins 1,7,8 used on the RJ45 end.

On a DB9 serial cable common is pin 5.

The TTL signals are not in the provided cable and are not any RS232 signal.
