How to refresh all programming of an ISY-99i?

Over time I have seen a lot of degradation of the behavior of my INSTEON devices. SwichLinc LED lights are not properly reflecting lights being on or off when in 2-way and 3-way pairings and macros aren't being properly executed when pressing KeypadLinc buttons.

The hardware still works and nothing has changed and all of my ISY programming looks intact. What is the best way in the admin console to have all of the programing and pairing refreshed to hopefully restore the proper functionality?

There is a File | Restore Modem (PLM) to rebuild the PLM link database.

 

File | Restore Devices will rebuild all the device link databases.

 

Do not put all the battery RF devices into linking mode at once as they will cancel each other out of linking mode. After a Restore is finished, put one battery device into linking mode, right click device node and select Write Updates to Device. As one battery RF device completes move to the next.
