I started the 30 day trail of Mobilinc connect a couple days ago and everything was running smoothly until today. I added a few program widgets to the home screen of my android device. Those widgets continuously have a hard time connecting. They are successful about half the time. I get the red circle about half the time. Any ideas on how to fix? I thought the point of Connect was to avoid these problems.

There's probably another issue at play here rather than the connection. Can you try the following?

 

- Open MobiLinc and go to My Settings->Lighting Controller Settings.

- Tap the Sync button to get the latest info from your ISY.

- Go to My Programs and verify that your programs that you want to use as Widgets are working properly. IE you can run, stop, enable, etc the program without issues.

- Go back to your Android home screen and remove your program widgets.

- Create new program widgets and test.

 

Is everything back working again? If not, where do the steps break down?
