add "all day" to schedule option?

Would it be worth adding an "all day" option to the program scheduler?

 

I would envision 3 options:

 

- time is

- from/to

- all day

Not sure, I don't really want to clutter the interface.

 

The easiest way to get 'All Day' is to do:

 

If
       From    12:00:00AM
       For      24 hours
