Hi,

 

I just received my ISY994i/PLM in the mail along with 2 access points and 2 dimmer controls and a motion control.

 

My question is after I install the ISY/PLM should the next step be to install the access points? I would think so since the location for the dimmer switches is on a different floor than the ISY/PLM.

 

Any other suggestions for the new install?

Installing the Access Points is a good idea. Use the built in communications test to verify communications with each other and on opposite phases of the home.

Access points are not installed into My Lighting as a module.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
