Can the ISY initiate an ELK program to run?

Hi,

 

I have and ELK-M1 Gold and the ISY994i and will be buying the module to integrate the two, but I have a question. I know the ISY can read the status of the ELK zones, but can the ISY trigger a program on the ELK to run?

 

For example, I have an INSTEON motion detector linked to my ISY, but it is not hook to the ELK since it was not part of the initial installation and is wireless/RF based. I want to trigger the ELK to make a announcement over the speaker system in the house if this motion detector is violated/turned on. Can this be done?
