Posted August 23, 201312 yr So Mobilinc Connect wont connect and says to check the Lighting Controller settings but those are all correct. I just changed back to the old free way using the ISY and it works great. So it only works when not in "Connect" mode. ANy idea how to fix?
August 23, 201312 yr jmed999, Can you contact us at support@mobilinc.com with your MobiLinc Connect account (email) or UUID so that I can get better diagnostic information to you about what's happened? This is usually due to the ISY not being connected to our service for some reason. The most common cause we see is the site ISP has changed DNS server IP addresses and the network equipment and the ISY need to be rebooted to pull in the new DNS IP address. Or if your ISY is set using a fixed IP, please use the Google Open DNS IP address of: 8.8.4.4 Wes
