Grayson
Hi, I have started to experience communication issue with my ISY/994i. This started as I added more devices to my system. I have been getting several errors when I try and launch the ISY admin program from http://isy.universal-devices.com/99i/ They are: - Socket Open Failed java.net socket timeout exception - XMLParse error http://192.168.1.115/ I also get errors when I try to run the ISY Administrative Console program. The error is CouldNotLoadArgumentException[ Could not load file/URL specified: C:\Users\jciaramella\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\39\448168a7-74f216ab] at com.sun.javaws.Main.launchApp(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Main.continueInSecureThread(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Main.access$000(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Main$1.run(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source) This is becoming increasingly frustrating as I want to add more devices and update programs. Any ideas or insight in what I can do to fix this??? Thanks, John
Michel Kohanim
Hi John, Please contact our support and request for a remote session to be scheduled. Personally, I think the problem seems very much related to firewall software. With kind regards, Michel
