Motion Sensor in Scene -- On Only jumper

Featured Replies

Posted

A quick question. I've set my Insteon motion sensor for On-Only using jumper 4 and have reset it several times, including a factory reset. Still, when I add it to a scene with a Switchlinc, it will turn off the light after the countdown timer expires. Is there something about using a sensor in a Scene that does not allow me to use the On-only option? or is the sensor perhaps defective?

My remedy at the moment is to avoid a Scene and instead use a program to turn the light on and off (via Wait statement). Works fine.

Thanks in advance...

Is Jumper 5 being used?

If so Jumpers 2,3,4 have no affect. These Options are set using ISY functions when Jumper 5 is used.

Yes, indeed, it was. So now, my question is not only answered, but I've learned how to use the ISY to control those options. Wonderful! Tested and fixed. Thanks so much.
