Unsupported Device 1.66 when trying to add a 2334 Keypad

I've been trying to add a 2334 Dimmer Keypad. The ISY99i can see the device and adds it, but it shows up with a lightbulb icon and in the main window says it is an "Unsupported Device 1.66." I am running firmware version 3.3.10 which I think is the latest version.

 

Any ideas?

3.3.10 does not support the Dual Band KPL (along with some other new Insteon devices). There is an update program to move to the 994i. See the UDI web site for information.

Configure browser push notifications
