Connecting this IP camera to the WANSVIEW NCB-540W

Hi, i was wondering if anyone could advis eon how to connect the below camera to the WANSVIEW NCB-540W

 

I bought this camera:

and am finding it very difficult configuring/connecting the camera - its not as intuitive as i imagined. I have changed the IP camera to the same subnet and can connect to it on my PC etc but so far it seems relatively unconfigured and not straight forward and i keep getting loads of emails saying IP camera disconnected. and the quality seems appalling.
