Keypad Linc Buttons Flashing

Hi!

 

So I have keypad linc buttons triggering scenes, but I seem to have an issue when I push the button, it flashes for several seconds. What is it, and how do I get out of it. I do not have a scene programmed to that button.

Matt, the light will flash when a linked device is not sending an acknowledgment to the KPL.

Currently that button is not/does not manage anything. There is no scene stored to it, however i have it triggering a scene via a program. Make sense?

Yes, it makes sense. But there is a link in there, that is why the key is flashing. It may be leftover from testing.

 

Use the Restore on the KPL. You may want to execute a reset first.

I had the same issue with one of my KeyPadLincs. To resolve, I right-clicked the device in the ISY "My Lighting" tree and selected "Restore Device". I don't think it programmed correctly when I first added it to the ISY.
