Query All THEN clause

I used to have the 'Query All' prg in the ISY which came with it. And, if I remember right it used to have a reasonable THEN clause but now it just says: Set Query.

If this is incorrect do you know what should be in there?

Here is what mine is:

 

If
       Time is  3:00:00AM

Then
       Set Scene 'ISY' Query

Else
  - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action')

Does it query all devices and refreshes the PLM every day at 3am?

It refreshes the device status on all devices so that ISY and the devices are in sync.
