RBC Posted February 1, 2014 Share Posted February 1, 2014 I replaced a dead keypad link with the newer dual band 2334 6 button kpl. I am running the ISY-99i, Java 4.0.5 and Firmware v 3.3.10, ui 4.0.11. I have cleared the Java cache and having trouble seeing the kpl buttons when running the isy console. It sounds like this is a common problem. The isy installs the 2334 kpl but only displays it as a single button. Link to comment
LeeG Posted February 2, 2014 Share Posted February 2, 2014 Need to to upgrade to 994i. The Dual Band KPLs (along with other new devices) are not supported on 3.3.10. Link to comment
