2334 Keypad link not showing buttons on isy screen

I replaced a dead keypad link with the newer dual band 2334 6 button kpl. I am running the ISY-99i, Java 4.0.5 and Firmware v 3.3.10, ui 4.0.11. I have cleared the Java cache and having trouble seeing the kpl buttons when running the isy console.

 

It sounds like this is a common problem. The isy installs the 2334 kpl but only displays it as a single button.

Configure browser push notifications
