Scenes not working after Restore

I recently restored my device and my scenes list the responders, but only show the settings for one responder. In other words, if I have 5 responders to a scene, I can only see the settings for one of the 5 devices rather than all 5. I can recreate the scene, but I am hoping that I don't have to do this on all my scenes to get them back to working properly.

What device was restored? and why?

I had a dead PLM, and had to do an ISY restore to get everything working again. I first tried a Restore Modem, but the ISY didn't recognize any local changes. I then did an ISY restore again (within a week's time frame) to upgrade to the 994.
