994i migration no logon prompt, red light flashing

I emailed support about this issue two days ago and have had no response so I'm trying here.

 

In attempting to migrate my 99i to 994i, the new 994 flashes the red light when plugged in and the admin console will not display the logon prompt. I've removed the port forwarding in my router for ports 80 and 443 in an attempt to get this working but no luck. Rebooted ISY with no luck. Removed and replaced memory card with no luck. I plug my 99 back in and everything is just fine. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Using any of the posts by Michel click on Submit a Ticket at the bottom of any of Michel's posts.

 

A blinking Err LED only indicates a file system problem. If other LEDs are blinking along with Err something else wrong. Here is a link to the Wiki section that describes how to format the SD card.
