I've attached the error messages.

 

Windows OS. I've tried chrome and firefox, cleared the Java cache. I always get the same error at 64%.

There are options to use telnet to check setting that may effect the ability to save your backup.

 

I have found on numerous occasions that simply changing the save to location has fixed the issue.
