cslee Posted July 15, 2008 Share Posted July 15, 2008 Does ISY have any watchdog built-in which can reset the PLM is it's no longer responsive? Several times now I have to unplug the PLM and it's no longer working.... Usually prior to it dying I see devices with no status "On/Off" in the "devices" page. If ISY can reset the PLM, it will be a great feature to ensure reliability. Link to comment
MikeB Posted July 16, 2008 Share Posted July 16, 2008 How old is your PLM? What version? If it's locking up, you might consider calling SmartHome and having them replace it under warranty. It should not be locking up under normal use. Link to comment
