ToggleLinc 2466D not responding to programs or controllers

I have a ToggleLinc 2466D that stopped responding to timed events, controller button presses or ISY994i Administrations commands. It controls the outside back spotlights. Flipping the ToggleLinc switch will operate the light, but noting else will. This 2466D is in a double gang box with another 2466D that works fine. I have used event viewer to watch what happens and I do not see anything out of the ordinary. ISY Admin shows the device changing to ON but that isn't happening. The ToggleLinc is a member of many scenes involving various Remote Linc2, Remote Lincs and Keypad buttons.

What further diagnostics would you recommend. Should I reset the2466D to factory defaults> TIA

If the Event Viewer shows ToggleLinc ACKing the On command but does not physically turn On, I would Factory Reset the device. Then do a Restore Device to reload the link database. If that does not correct the problem replace the switch.

Thank you LeeG. Factory Reset and Restore Device did the trick; all is well on the homefront now.
